IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR VOLUNTEERS

For 2009, Apponequet Junior Football and Cheerleading has chosen to use an on-line background check company instead of the Pop Warner forms we have used in previous years.

We will be using the NCSI - National Center for Safety Initiatives, at www.ncsisafe.com. Volunteers should visit the NCSI site and fill out the on-line background screening self registration.

You will need to enter the Self Registration ID number. Please contact Deb (), Diane (), or Paul () to get the number.

If you have filled out a volunteer application for 2009, please go to the NCSI site and fill out the on-line form. The paper form will be shredded.
